As per the section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 CSR Budget for the year 2016-17 is Rs. 10,91,596/-

Company was required to spend Rs. 10,91,596.14 during F.Y. 2016-17 and the company has spent the following: -
a. Total amount spent for the financial year : Rs. 10, 91,646/-
b. Amount unspent, if any : Nil
c. Manner in which the amount spent during the financial year is detailed below:
